RETURNING PRODUCTS Please contact support@creightons.com to arrange a returns note for your return. To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order ID and keep the box, packaging materials and the items you are returning. Please return to the below address. Please remember to obtain and keep the proof of postage receipt and your tracking number. Courier charges for parcels are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived faulty or damaged. PROCESSING THE REFUND If you have chosen a refund for your returned product, we will process the calculated refund within 7 days of receiving your returned goods.
