Snake Venom Eye Cream contains SYN®-AKE, a patented active ingredient which is similar to a peptide found in the Temple Viper’s venom, Marine Collagen to help smooth and protect skin structure and 2% REGU-AGE, a complex of rice and soy peptides, to help reduce the appearance of under-eye dark circles and bags.

Directions:

Morning and night, apply a thin layer to the eye area. Gently pat dry until absorbed.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

GENERAL REFUND POLICY Purchased products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. To qualify for a full refund or exchange the products must be: Unused In the same condition (original packaging) that you received it Outside this 14-day period products may not be returned or exchanged unless: The product is faulty The product has been damaged in transit The product has not met yours and our high expectations A product recall has been issued EXCLUSIONS Please note, we do not accept returns on the below items: Certain health and personal care items Products that contain hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases Sale items (see below) We will notify you by email when we have received the returned item and again once we have approved or rejected the return. If your original payment method was via gift voucher you will be issued with a new gift voucher of the same value which can be reused. RETURNING PRODUCTS Please contact support@creightons.com to arrange a returns note for your return. To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order ID and keep the box, packaging materials and the items you are returning. Please return to the below address. Please remember to obtain and keep the proof of postage receipt and your tracking number. Courier charges for parcels are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived faulty or damaged. PROCESSING THE REFUND If you have chosen a refund for your returned product, we will process the calculated refund within 7 days of receiving your returned goods.
