GENERAL REFUND POLICY Purchased products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. RETURNING PRODUCTS Please contact support@creightons.com to arrange a returns note for your return. To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order ID and keep the box, packaging materials and the items you are returning. Please return to the below address. Please remember to obtain and keep the proof of postage receipt and your tracking number. Courier charges for parcels are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived faulty or damaged. PROCESSING THE REFUND If you have chosen a refund for your returned product, we will process the calculated refund within 7 days of receiving your returned goods. Provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition within 14 working days from delivery to you or you notifying us of cancellation, you will receive email notification of your refund from our Customer Service Team. If you have requested an exchange or replacement on your Returns note, this will be processed within approx. 7 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery.
