Wash and dry your face. Thoroughly wet your nose. Peel strip off the plastic liner, apply the smooth side to your nose. Press down to ensure good contact with the skin and leave to dry for 5-10 minutes. Once the strip feels stiff, it is ready to be removed. Starting at the edge, slowly and carefully remove the strip. Rinse any residue. Suitable for use 1-2 times a week.

Warnings: Only use on the nose. Avoid using on blemished, swollen, sunburned or extremely dry skin. Avoid using on skin which is sensitive to plasters or peel off masks. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
